Tour de Kids - community social (Starlight Children's Foundation)

The Tour de Kids closed facebook place is a growing community for fundraisers who've ever joined Tour de Kids. We ask that people are members before they've signed up, and we don't boot them out (unless they're being naughty 😉). This group is connected to each other through their shared passion for cycling and for fundraising for Starlight.

My role in the group is to encourage and support them, answer their questions, share supportive content that helps them to make the most of their fundraising challenge experience, and cheer them on. They're not there to connect with the brand, they want to hang out with each other, but feel confident that 'the brand' on the sidelines in case they need us.

The content they best respond to are the posts that ask them to tell their stories, share their feelings and experiences, but these requests also need to require fast and easy reply.
